Welcome to 222s. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and 222s ("Company", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at https://222s.cam (the "Platform").

222s is an English-language platform built with Pakistani users in mind, offering sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and related entertainment services with PKR display currency and mobile-first design. By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the service:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or its licensing jurisdiction. The Platform is strictly for adults. Minors are prohibited from accessing any part of the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you must have authority to do so.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered Account. Creating multiple Accounts for the same individual is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform managed by the Operator.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and provide truthful, current and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

The Operator reserves the right to require identity and age verification (KYC) at any point — including before processing a withdrawal, before activating a bonus, or where there are reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Standard KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address, where required — such as a recent bank statement or utility bill issued within the past three months.
• A selfie or liveness verification to confirm the document matches the Account holder.
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet registration.

The Operator may suspend withdrawal access pending completion of KYC, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. Completion of KYC does not guarantee approval of any specific withdrawal.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. Commercial use of the Platform in any form is prohibited.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will access your Account only from a device that you own or are authorised to use.
• You will keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the Platform's security, infrastructure, or game logic.
• You will play only for your own account and not on behalf of any other person.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) as the display currency. The Operator references common Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers and major bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples only. The Operator does not claim partnership with, endorsement from, or guaranteed support by any of these providers. Users must verify actual available payment options in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transacting.

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier. Users should check current limits before initiating a transaction.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion, active wagering requirement satisfaction (where applicable) and compliance with this Agreement.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, KYC status and applicable review procedures. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational limitations.
• Currency & Conversion: Where currency conversion is involved, conversion rates apply at the time of processing. The Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

The Operator may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, referral credits and other promotional incentives (collectively "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be provided at the time the Promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between a specific Promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific Promotion terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility arises. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers. Wagering requirements vary by Promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum stake per bet or spin applies (commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000, unless stated otherwise). Exceeding the maximum bet may result in voiding of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are detailed in the specific Promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain Promotions impose a cap on the maximum winnings that may be withdrawn from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, the cap is stated in the Promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one active bonus may typically be held per Account, per household and per IP address at any given time.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the Operator's general betting rules and any sport- or market-specific rules applicable at the time of the bet. Users should review applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is not confirmed until the Platform issues a confirmation reference number. It is your responsibility to verify that your intended wager has been placed correctly.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Voided Bets: The Operator reserves the right to void wagers in the event of technical errors, manifest pricing errors, post-event information, event cancellation or other circumstances as set out in the applicable rules.
• Cricket & Sports Markets: For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — specific settlement rules apply regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, match abandonments and reduced-over formats. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable cricket betting rules before placing wagers on these markets.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's live betting rules. Connectivity issues experienced by the User do not entitle the User to cancel or void a confirmed live bet.
• Accumulator / Parlay Bets: All selections within an accumulator must win for a payout to be made. Voiding of any selection within an accumulator reduces the accumulator by that selection in accordance with applicable rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to engage in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated balance pending investigation, and pursue all available legal remedies.

• Creating more than one Account for the same individual.
• Using the Platform if you are a minor or below the minimum eligible age.
• Providing false identity information, falsifying KYC documents, or assisting others in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs — whether discovered accidentally or intentionally. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to the detriment of the Operator or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that constitutes corruption of sporting events.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, low-risk hedging or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

222s is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core platform value. The Platform provides tools designed to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available from within Account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum loss thresholds.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Users who self-exclude should not attempt to circumvent this by creating new Accounts — doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders of time and activity during active sessions, where available.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional or social harm — to yourself or those around you — please use the self-exclusion tool and seek support. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 222s brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted no rights in respect of any intellectual property belonging to the Operator or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
• The Operator shall not be liable for Platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet disruptions, ISP blocks, government-imposed access restrictions, force majeure events or third-party service failures.
• The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and/or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 9.
• Failure to satisfy ongoing eligibility requirements.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Where the Operator determines, in its sole discretion, that continued provision of service presents unacceptable legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, any funds in your Account that are determined by the Operator to have been obtained through prohibited conduct or in breach of this Agreement may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to breach, verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal terms and KYC completion.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed promptly; pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with applicable rules.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed to operate, as specified in the Platform's official licensing documentation. Users are advised to review the Platform's official licensing information for full jurisdictional details.

Pakistan-Specific Note: 222s does not claim to be regulated by, licensed by or operating under the authority of any Pakistani governmental or regulatory body. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are personally responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial legislation. The Operator reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — which may include an in-platform notification, a notification banner on the Platform, or an email to the registered address on file.

The current effective date of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
